Comfortable, historical place. Free parking in old downtown is a plus. Also has a beautiful pool. Staff was attentive. Quaint and adorable would have given it five star but it just needs a little attention to the small details
The hotel is clean and its staff very friendly, also food served is good and they provide free parking but the area is very old and so the hotel. That building must have more than a century and it is lack of entertainment and modern comfort. Mattress was hard and age is noticeable everywhere from floor to ceiling. They try to take a good care of the place but it's difficult because the building was built many years ago. I recommend the place, probably it is the best one you can find in the center of the town. Liked the decorations all around.
Super cool place. It is 101 yrs old. Has its own enchantment. Clean, well organized, with a personal touch. They immediately identify you by your name. All willing to cater you, and make you feel welcoming. Competitive rates. Located in historic Saltillo. Will definitely tell family and friends. We had the best experience.
This hotel is in a great location and was probably really nice at one time. I was really hopeful upon checking in, but overall I was disappointed. We rented their 3 bedroom apartment and it's clear this space doesn't get used very much because it was dirty. It wasn't nasty like a sketchy hotel, but just basic cleanliness like the floors were filthy, showers and sinks needed to be wiped down, this dishes were grimy, the furniture had a stale smell, etc. Then we walked over to the main hotel to swim and again, you just get the overall sense that the hotel hasn't had a good thorough cleaning in a long time. The pool was really dirty which is gross to me. These are things that were great: - the staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful - the price is really good - there is free off street parking - the location is perfect
